Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 7 person private hot tub. Perfect for watching movies or the game. GAME ROOM: Is located in garages. Ping Pong Table (can be folded and stored) a 55" Flat Screen TV and Shuffle Board. PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 4 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home. These are blowup paddle boards and are easily transported and comes with 1 life vest, pump and paddle. GARAGE: Park your vehicles or toys in double car garage or on the street. The neighborhood allows street parking for trailers. OUTDOOR PATIOS: Wrap around patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal mountain views. Sit in the evening around the fire pit with room for everyone. HOT TUB ON PATIO'S: There are 2 hot tub's and are private for your use only. They are operational YEAR ROUND. Hot tubs are new and is always kept in pristine condition. PRIVATE OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool is private. It is HEATED YEAR ROUND. We keep it at 82 degrees in the summer and 98 degrees in the winter. GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones. COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
