We had a very relaxing stay and the view and terrace are outstanding. One recommendation as far as business practice is for the owner not to leave a negative impression on the last day. I was sent a picture of a towel that had fallen on the floor and collected some dust hinting that I would incur a charge. I have not seen a bill yet. I will be returning to IKON.

Sergio’s place is exactly as pictured. Beautiful views and weather. Comfortable bedding and cozy squeaky clean condo. Quick responder. Highly recommend.

This condo is exactly as shown and as listed. The ICON is a beautiful place to stay with all the amenities. The condo was clean and had great WiFi. It’s on the 22nd floor with a commanding view of the bay and also a view of the marina. It was fun to watch the cruise ships come and go. You can’t go wrong staying here and we would definitely stay here again. The host is also super responsive.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Sergio was great to respond quickly and Patricia was great at greeting us upon arrival to show us the place and answer any questions we had. She was also there at check out to make sure everything went smoothly.
