I had a comfy stay for 2 weeks. Host was very responsive and check-in instructions were crystal clear. The view by the window is nice both day and night. Condo amenities are well-maintained and security is excellent. I just had to rate the cleanliness 3/5 because i) there was still a shampoo sachet on the soapdish in the shower when I arrived (the bathroom was acceptably clean though so I no longer complained) ii) I see small cockroaches once in a while as the other reviews mentioned (but I guess that’s fairly common in most condos?) iii) there’s bad smell coming from the sink once in a while, not sure why (I made sure that I’m not draining food waste there though) iv) I noticed some parts of the unit might need some minor fixing upon arrival: a) toilet flush, only one button is working b) small patch of peeled off paint in the bedroom

Overall we had a great stay even if we had a few inconveniences. For a place that requires minimum of 2 weeks stay we expect complete basic household necessities. 1. They only provided one trash bag (that is small) 2. No provided dishwashing soap/scrub 3. No extra rugs 4. No free drinking water (We’ve been to a lot of AirBnbs and whenever our stay is more than a week there is already at least 1 jag of water provided) 5. Aircon is very loud when turned on, I had a hard time sleeping. Maybe it needs cleaning. In terms of location, it is very convenient to buy stuffs since there is Savemore market and Watsons Pharmacy at the ground floor of the building. Also, there is BDO. We love the view from the room, especially during sunrise. When you book their unit you should watch sunrise from the room. :)

THE BERKELEY RESIDENCE ONCE THE TALLEST BUILDING AT KATIPUNAN QC IS A LANDMARK INDEED ITS ACCESIBLE TO MANY PLACES AND VISITING MY DAUGHTER WHOSE DOING HER FULBRIGHT SCHOLARSHIP PHD RESEARCH IN EDUCATION WAS CONVINENT THE MALL WAS A STONE THROW AWAY AND MANY CONVIENT STORES AS WELL. THE MOST SPECTACULAR EVER WAS WAKING UP TO THE VIEW OF THE SIERRA MADRE MOUNTAIN RANGES FOR A MONTH IT WAS HEAVEN ON THE 33RD FLOOR INDEED AND IM SO GRATEFUL TO LIVE AND CALL IT MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME

The overall experience was great. The room was on a high floor so the city view was nice, especially in the morning. There's a supermarket on the ground floor and a mall nearby (UP Town Center) in case you need to buy something. Getting around was easy with the tricycle terminal close by (fare was Php40-50 per trip). Although I arrived late in the evening, getting into the room was easy because the host provided clear check-in instructions beforehand. The only minor hiccup was the noisy air conditioning unit, but it didn't spoil the experience. I recommend this room and would likely book here again in the future.

The place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to U.P. town Mall which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. We would highly recommend this wonderful place. 👍👍👍👍👍.Thank you.
