We had a night here. The place is clean and cooling, which is really nice to have during this heatwave. Caretaker is very helpful as well. Host is responsive in communication within 6 hours, kitchen is as described but the plates and silverware could be better in quality with the price point. I feel there are a few spots that are potentially hazard/ require improvement, left bedroom entrance has a bar that tripped me, right bedroom first right single bed was wet after rain, ladle is rusty, industry style table is cool but cant use as normal table due to having hole. The swimming pool is beautiful and very nice to swim in. The black wooden couch in the photo is replaced by the metal frame sofa with cushion, but having a real sofa/couch would be more comfortable.

im staying there 1 night.the place quite nice and very private.like the concept as it is open concept which is very cold at night.but still there is some features/amenity need to be improve.Overall is fairly deal for me ! have a great day

We had a group of 16 of us renting both Warehouse 1 and 2 for 3D2Ns. We generally preferred WH 1 for its layout, the long table which was perfect for our meal gatherings, and the kitchen set up. We were prepared to bring quite a lot of equipment ourselves also. The staff was very helpful and gave clear instructions about the place. However, the wifi connection was poor at WH 1, tuning out the city life. As for WH 2, we felt the decor was a tad too rustic with too many chains and metal decors which can be kinda dangerous, considering they were rusted and within reachable height where people could get hurt. The stairs were steep and narrow and had inadequate railings. Nonetheless, the place was really clean, with no dusty bits beneath our feet in the sleeping area. In general, it would be nice to have a sleeping space downstairs that is more accessible. The decor may need a little feminine touch and more joy. Both warehouses were open concept which can get chilly at night.
