The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. There were lots of great food options a short walk away, and we felt very safe exploring the neighborhood. Maria Alejandra gave us an overview of the city and things to do in the area. Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed a lovely month long stay at Maria Alejandra's. Mendoza is a wonderful city and I appreciated Maria's hospitality. She checked in a few times to ensure all was going smoothly and when there was an issue or question, she was immediately on it. She offered recommendations and suggestions for dining, wineries and getting around the region, which was really helpful for me. She seemed to genuinely care that I was happy in Mendoza and happy in her home. There are dogs next door which bark if the owners are out on a weekend night. Maria did call them about it, though there isn't much she can do (they were nice people, too!). Over the course of the month, it was annoying a few nights. Other than that, it's a beautiful home, spotless, with a very kind host!

Amazingly quiet for being so central, you can walk everywhere but there are so many places to eat and drink within just a few minutes. Very cozy place, we loved it, and it was a key part to enjoying our stay in Mendoza so much.

A very comfortable old house to stay in. It was close to good bars and restaurants with a great cigar shop by the entrance. Enjoyed sitting out in patio each evening with a cigar and a malbec

We had a great stay at the apartment which is centrally located within walking distance from all necessary locations (including public transport as well as tram network). There’s plenty of restaurants nearly and a decent sized Carrefour a block away. The space is very generous and has a nice character about it, has all the bits and pieces youd need for a comfy stay. The beds are cozy, bedsheets fresh and rooms have an ac. The smaller bedroom is kind of part of walk through corridor, a little unusual but still workable. For extra privacy its possible to reach kitchen through the courtyard which is a bit noisy for anyone who may be asleep. Other than that, we didnt encounter any major issues. Bare in mind if you stay here for an extended period of time, there is no washing machine so either hand-wash or laundry in the city. All in all- a good stay in a nice place with great character.
