The house was uncomfortable. Without screens on the storm windows it was a choice between letting mosquitoes in, or being extremely hot. On day one construction workers woke us up out of our sleep, working at eye level to the windows which are low to the ground. The sound of people walking on the level above sounds like someone is just outside your window. The harsh uncovered lightbulbs were unpleasant. There were cheap polyester sheets on the beds and only a few thin towels, while text on the metal doors said there would be exorbitant fees for staining sheets and towels. The metal doors were off kilter and got stuck/were very loud when opening/closing. There were no cleaning implements so the floors accumulated sand from the beach which made it uncomfortable to walk around. Only one bedroom had a dresser, there was no counter space, so the rest of us had to have our clothing sitting on the floor in our bags and toiletries cluttered randomly. Overall, it had jail vibes.

Great comfortable house, felt like right at home. Everything was in great shape, close to many restaurants and more. Saul was always sure that everything was going smoothly and well. The neighborhood was really quiet and peaceful. Would recommend for family trips on the north side of Puerto Rico.

100% recommend Saul’s places. I’ve stayed in 2 of his apartments and I am extremely satisfied with everything. Super accessible, excellent communication and responsiveness from Saul. Outstanding service and cleanliness 100%.

Would be a great for business travellers or a group of friends. Nice personal touches to all the bed rooms. Common areas could be better. A few essentials are missing if traveling with family and kids and staying for a week or more, like missing mirror in the bathroom, lack of washer dryer, kitchen and bathroom not fully stocked.
