Great value & location, very accurate description, facility was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The one night their bar was open, it promptly wrapped up operations by 11pm and noise was not an issue. Look forward to a future stay at at James Flats/Erin’s Room!!

Place was very nest and clean had a great atmosphere and was in a very quite neighborhood. Good place to grab a drink and some zzzs.

Very cool place. We need to come back when the restaurant is open. Be sure to check out The Bus Stop for breakfast. Right down your back steps and across the parking lot
