This place was perfect for our stay in Burlington. Everything was super walkable and easy to access. The place itself was super cozy & clean and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Loved this sweet little bungalow. Had everything we needed, linen and bed were super comfy. Toiletries in the bathroom were a great touch. Modern and updated, great location 5min walk to Church street. Private little deck with a yard, felt like an oasis in the city. Would stay again for sure!

We just got back from a 2-night stay at Fiona's place while in town to experience the eclipse totality. We watched from the Lake Champlain waterfront, not even a ten minute walk away. The home was comfortable, cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The lemon cookies on the counter were a welcome treat. Bathroom had lovely products and fluffy towels. Easy lockbox and clear instructions about where to park. We loved the back deck, which opened onto a fenced-in yard, perfect for our pup. Lots of extra bedding for the pull-out sofa. The house is on a very quiet street, while still a two minute walk to Dunkin', a pizza house, and Chinese take out. Slightly farther afield is the Church Street Marketplace with lots of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. My husband took the opportunity to buy a long-coveted pair of J skis - a very easy walk back through the Marketplace with them over his shoulder. UVM is also close by. A perfect stay.
