This is a very cozy loft. I felt right at home away from home. Eric was always responsive to any questions via text or phone call and helped to solve problems when they arose. Although I did not meet very many of the neighbors in the complex, those that I did meet were very friendly.

My month-long stay at Eric's space was wonderful. I travel to places 4-5 weeks at a time for my line of work, and Eric's space was definitely my favorite temporary housing I've been in. Pretty much everything was nice but some standout things: the beautiful lofted space (even better than the pictures), the fast wifi, easy temperature control, and a lovely coffee shop (Rose Establishment) around the corner. Eric was a great host and promptly answered any question or request I had. Thank you for helping me feel at home!

Eric is an awesome host. Apartment is super cute, the complex is really safe, plenty of parking and Rose’s right around the corner is excellent for morning coffee and brunch!

Eric was a fantastic host. I stayed at his place for over a month and he communicated the whole time, it was seamless and clear - and the spot is beautiful and in an amazing part of the city. Couldn’t speak more highly of my stay and Eric as a host.
