Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Chantal. La communication a été facile dès le départ. Nous avons vraiment apprécié son accueil chaleureux, les bons petits déjeuners et le lieu hors du commun. Une très bonne expérience!

We had the most wonderful stay in Le Coq Blue. Ms. Chantal and Sir Boi were exceptional hosts. She made sure that we are comfortable and at home, she also prepared delicious breakfast for us, offered us wine for our dinner, and they also set up the fireplace for us. This is also a great place for dog lovers, we enjoyed playing with the dogs who were all very sweet. We had a wonderful time and we cant wait to be back!

Chantal’s taste and creativity in decorating her home with thrift items is amazing! Anyone can buy things from the mall or thrift shops but combining it in a cohesive and beautiful way is something Chantal does best! Breakfast of croissant, pancakes, yogurt and coffee/tea is really good. The stay and the breakfast is made more memorable by the stories she shared about Le Coq, how it was built from old materials, where she sources the decors, her dogs, etc. I thought I’ll be intimidated knowing she’s French but she speaks Tagalog fluently. I liked drinking coffee beside the huge french window which has a story of its own. It’s an authentic homestay because you get to interact with the home owners. The dogs are friendly and sweet too. There are at least 2 restos near the house and Chantal recommends what is delicious in their menu. We went for Moch for our 3 meals. Our 3 nights of stay at Le Coq Bleu is definitely worth it!

It’s our first time trying out a ‘homestay’ set up and we had fun! (we had an issue with the taxi but this is due to an event and it’s charged to experience). Chantal was very accommodating, she recommended places to eat and to visit while we were there and we really did enjoy her company and her husband as well (oh and their dogs too!!). The place looks the same in the pictures — it was peaceful and homie. Will definitely come back! 🫶🏻
