Richie was fantastic. Getting in to the home was a little more complicated than I thought but once we were in, the space was comfortable, well furnished and a great location! Great communication and cool space!

Great place! I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean and in good shape. Easy walking distance to Riverwalk. Tip: if you search Google Maps for Riverwalk from this location it will direct you to the center of Riverwalk, which is fine if you are driving, but you can actually reach Riverwalk much closer than that by walking. I usually entered at Villita St. which is about three blocks away, and then walked along the tree-lined sidewalks along the river toward the central Riverwalk area instead of walking on the surface streets amongst the traffic and noise.

Family friendly apartment. Richie provided a pack n play and high chair. He was always quick to respond. Walkable to market square, downtown, Alamo, Riverwalk. We walked to HEB across the street. Very comfy king size bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend reading all the check in instructions and parking. It’s a bit of a task to get inside but worth it for comfort and security. We would stay again!

Richie’s place was perfect location. It was just as described. One block from supermarket and walkable to the Riverwalk. It was quiet and it provided every thing that we needed. I would stay again.

Nice apartment that is close to everything downtown including a grocery store.
