Such a cute place and was made very belcome by Deborah who was friendly and helpful. Loved the surroundings, listening to the stream and seeing the Alpaca's, chickens and horses. We had milk, bread, crousants, bacon and fresh eggs from Deborah's chickens which was great as saved us from going out for breakfast.

Absolutely beautiful location next to the village brook and nearby to lovely walks and the town of Saltash. Very cosy and just what we needed for a weekend away with our baby. Deborah was excellent at communication and made us feel very welcome :)

Beautiful, quiet cottage. We had everything we needed and felt so welcome. The sound of the river was lovely and Deborah kindly left bacon, eggs and pastries for us for breakfast. The surroundings were stunning with beautiful walks nearby. Deborah was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was so cosy. We loved it!

Upon first arriving we were made to feel very welcome. Deborah was in her garden as we walked down from parking the car. She’d gone above and beyond our expectations. Fridge was stocked with food for us and added bonus was the freshly laid eggs from her own chickens that morning. Deborah let us check in earlier and let us stay an hour longer on our check out morning too as we’d lost an hour due to the clocks changing. The cottage was so beautiful, very peaceful and just adorable. We loved everything about it. The roll top bath was bliss. Early evening we’d walk up to see the alpacas, horses, ponies etc and also met our 2 favourite full time guests living in the cottage, Ziggy and Diva welcomed us every time we saw them. 2 lovely friendly cats who we fell in love with. We left them a present before we left. Will definitely be back to stay not only for the beautiful cottage but also for Deborah’s kindness and of course Ziggy and Diva.
