Beachfront 3 BR 2 BA fully updated and gorgeous condo on North Redington Beach! Come make lasting memories on our lovely beaches! Gorgeous and luxurious condo on the 5th floor overlooking the beautiful beaches of Redington Shores and the crystal clear water of the Gulf Of Mexico. This 1500+ sf condo is completely tiled throughout with 3 over sized bedrooms, updated bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen with all of the extras updates you desire. From the minute you walk into this corner unit (with windows down the entire North side for lots of extra lighting during the day), you will be in awe. Take in those beachfront views from nearly the entire unit, the entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, master suite, and private balcony! There's stainless steel appliances in the full kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and back splash. Plenty of seating at the dining table and extra bar stool seating at the breakfast counter for a quick meal or drink. The spacious living room is perfect for your entire group to relax and watch the fabulous sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy the 55" smart TV for those evenings relaxing at home after a long day at the beach and pool. There is a king sized bed in the master suite, with a flat screen tv, large closet, and an adjoining updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This master bedroom also has access to the beachfront balcony and the beach views can be enjoyed throughout the master bedroom. Enjoy waking up to a beachfront view and hear the waves from bed! The second bedroom also has a king sized bed with it's own flat screen TV, and the third bedroom is complete with 2 queen size beds, flat screen TV and a large closet, with adjoining access to the second updated bathroom. Both bathrooms are identical in style and layout, and feature double vanity sinks and a tub/shower combo. The large balcony overlooking the beachfront pool has plenty of seating for everyone to watch the dolphins swimming by- yes, this happens multiple times a day! The hot tub is beachfront also, over by north building and there is a grill area with a covered picnic area. You can use our beach chairs and umbrella for your convenience. They also rent beach chairs and umbrellas, plus jet skis right behind this building. Talk about some family fun! This building is walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and is close in proximity to Clearwater Beach Pier 60 and John's Pass Historic Fishing Village and Boardwalk. There is one assigned parking spot out front. Full size washer and dryer for your convenience, plus free WIFI in the unit. Please note: this is not a pet friendly unit. Absolutely No Pets.

Very nice place and clean place with a beautiful location.
I was very happy with the condo until I arrived home and received a very rude message from the manager of this property. They claimed that we ruined two comforters, sheets and towels and then asked for an extra $220 for replacement of these items. The linens, comforters and towels provided are white, so if you wear makeup or are a human than maybe you should go somewhere else because they will expect you to pay for replacements of these items if you get any type of anything on them. I will tell you now that I am not be paying for these items to be replaced! It is a vacation condo and the items were not ruined and just needed to be cleaned. I have great reviews and have never had an issue like this before, but if you look at the reviews of this place you will see that the property manager is very rude to guests that stay. Also if you wanted me to wash all the sheets, towels, blankets, then specify that in the agreement and don’t charge a cleaning fee, and also provide bleach! I am not going to be bullied via email and called names, this was so unprofessional and a down right disappointing end to a nice week at the beach. It is a shame that you would treat people who paid over $2000 dollars this way. I did not leave this condo in a disheveled manner, and everything that was requested of us to do was done and more. All trash was taken out, all towels were washed and dried except a few because there were only 4 single use laundry soaps and those were used to wash all the towels. We didn’t have to wash the towels but we did. Save yourself the trouble and don’t stay anywhere that this management company is affiliated with.
They had everything we didn’t know we would need! Very clean! Communication was great with check in. Location and beach access was fantastic! Highly recommend

Redington Beach is located between Madeira Beach and Indian Rocks Beach! Johns Pass is located just 3.7 miles away with tons to do for the whole family, and Clearwater beach is located just 11.5 miles away, both a short drive! There are tons of restaurants and shops for you to check out within the area and miles of white sandy beaches for you to walk along, too. Uber and Lyft are extremely popular around the beaches and Throughout our surrounding cities. With so many downtown areas near, you’ll never be without a quick ride. There is also Florida Free Rentals who will pick you up and take you around the beaches for free (tips are recommended). There is also our Jolley Trolley system that goes around all of our beaches which you can pay a daily or weekly fee and not have to stress our parking. If you drove your own car, or have a rental, there are plenty of parking areas wherever you go, Clearwater beach has lots of parking garages, while St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach and Sand Key Park have parking lots with meters, and side streets you can park on.
