Great place and host. Very close to the city but far enough that it's peaceful. Place had great facilities - including basic items like loads of blankets and spices/cooking ingredients. felt right at home. Shivan is very helpful and accomodating.

Shivan is a super host! Very responsive and he was more than happy to let us check-in 2 hours early. The place was everything he had described and more. My friends and I were initially supposed to have a girls night but with Palm Sunday the next day, our husbands brought the kids over to use the pool the afternoon we checked-in as well as the next morning and Shivan was fine with that. We loved how intimate the place is, air-con in every room and hot water in the shower. It’s a really great place for families and people looking for get away but also be close to the city, to night clubs and to great restaurants. I highly recommend this place cause I know my friends are already planning to book again in the near future. Vinaka Shivan!

Shivan is a great host and very responsive, but there were a lot of things i was not happy with which should have been addressed before our arrival. I had booked Shivan's place a month in advance only to arrive to house that was not clean to standard. Pillows dirty, cupboards dirty, place dusty and bathrooms, in particular the showers were moldy and very dirty, tv was not working and maintenance was booked for the 2nd day we were there, pool was not clean to the standards which we know cause we own a pool ourselves. Pool was cleaned on our last day, pool deck were broken and was fixed on our 2nd day there, Wifi should not be listed on amenities cause it did not work the whole time we were there. On the amenities list, it listed shampoo and breakfast provided only to be told that it's not and if we wanted a maid can be provided. The location of Shivan's is 10/10 as its close to everything. Overall quite disappointed. Maintenance and cleaniness should be taken care of prior to arrival.
