As a newcomer to Winnipeg, I had an excellent experience staying at Kelly's place. The house was clean and well-equipped, making it easy to settle in. The WiFi was fast, which was perfect for working and studying remotely. Kelly was always accessible and ready to assist whenever I needed help. Additionally, the neighborhood was quiet and conveniently close to many shops and services. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Winnipeg.

It’s a nice house with good location. It’s very convenient to one who has no car. The house and washroom is very clean and tidy. I stayed for a month and have 0 complaint.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Kelly was super friendly and helpful, and the house and room were clean and had all the necessities. Having two refrigerators was great and everyone seemed to have plenty of storage for their food. The location was perfect as a student at the U of M. Would readily stay here again!

Kelly made my stay very comfortable. The location is great for groceries, food, and to bus stops. I had a great stay and wish to return when given the opportunity again. Highly recommended.
