Ursula's communication was prompt, friendly and informative. We had no issues finding property and getting access. Property was decorated so nicely...cute touches but not cluttered...we loved our two nights there! Would book again.

Overall my husband and I had a good experience at his little guest house. We only had a couple of things that weren’t exceptional and important to us. There were cobwebs on the back of every door and hair on the couch + mattress. Other than that we did enjoy our time spent there. One of the days the WiFi was out all day so that kind of stunk. Ursula was very responsive in replying to my questions and check in/out was very easy! Location is convenient to downtown, we didn’t personally walk to downtown but we did walk to a local breakfast place which was delicious! You also get your own “driveway” and off street parking which is so convenient so really enjoyed that.

We needed to stay in Columbia for four nights for our daughter's graduation from University of South Carolina and did not want to stay at a hotel. We are so glad we found Ursula's place, it was perfect. We had a private driveway and entrance and it felt so peaceful while we were there. It's nestled in a tree-lined neighborhood and there is a park a few yards away. It was a very easy and quick drive to downtown Columbia, Five Points, the Vista and USC campus-no getting lost! The mattress was very comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of shelf space to store your makeup and toiletries. It was a good choice.

The accommodations were clean, modern and made me feel right at home. The environment is peaceful and next to beautiful Earlewood Park. The locale is literally 4 min from Prisma Health! BUT what set this property apart is Ursula. She is probably the best host I have ever had (and I’ve been doing this since May of 2019). Any minor issue I may have had, she promptly answered and made me feel that my concerns were just as important to her as they were to me. I was so appreciative, I left her a bouquet of flowers prior to me leaving. She is awesome. Thank you again Ursula!!!
