Great host and always available to respond to any inquiries. Apartment is very spacious and is very comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that although the location is private and quiet it is a bit far.

Fish and turtle in apartment you will be expected to look after - makes the apartment smell slightly Washing machine room has an awful smell like rotten food/cat urine Hosts are not very organised - no WiFi password left for us on arrival, no house manual, no information in the apartment about the local area etc. the hosts left an ashtray on the balcony and then proceeded to complain we smoked too much when at the premises all of which was done outside as requested. They also send a photo of two empty liquor bottles and a few empty pop bottles that we left next to the garbage can as there was no recycling provided or information in the house manual to inform us of where we could dispose of them. Even with charging us £172 for cleaning the hosts felt this was worthy of sending messages as I was driving away from the place. We had requested a later check out time and this was not accommodated and therefor meant a rushed check out experience. Wouldn’t stay again, I have stayed in many Airbnb’s and apartment rentals all over the world and never had any issues until this stay. The apartment is nicely finished and furnished. Most of the glasses/plates required washing before use as they had been left dirty. Area where the apartment is has nothing going on very quiet neighbourhood.

Nancy and Arthur’s apartment was in such a lovely location, with shops located within walking distance, and a quick ride into the downtown area of Amsterdam, it was also very close to Schipol airport! The apartment itself was wonderful and clean, exactly as pictured. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

very nice and large flat 25min biking from the center. Nice and very helpful hosts. I would recommend.

La casa di Nancy e Artur è perfetta in tutti i sensi. Bella, ampia e molto bene arredata. La zona è perfetta perché molto tranquilla. Ci sono tanti mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere il centro città. Artur é stato super disponibile.
