Our family had an amazing stay at Matt's place in Vegas. The check-in process was seamless, and everything went perfectly. The 2 beds/2 bath setup suited our family well. The location is unbeatable: it's close to the interstate and the Las Vegas Strip, yet it still remains quiet and feels extremely safe, with a 24-hour parking attendant onsite. There are plenty of places within walking distance as well. The unit is just a quick flight of stairs away from the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Beyond the property, Matt's service is exceptional. He was very attentive and eager to please. Above all, his flexibility with check-in and check-out times is amazing, and he did so voluntarily. The only downside of the stay was having to leave. Thanks again, Matt!

While I didn’t get to personally experience Matt’s place because of a sudden death in the family, my friends still stayed there and had lots of positive things to say. They loved his quiet it was, yet close enough to where they wanted to be during the day.

Place was very nice, very convenient and comfortable. Matt always responded to questions very quickly with local knowledge. Also Matt was very accommodating concerning our late departure even rescheduling his cleanup crew so we could stay in condo until our late flight time. I would highly recommend staying here.

Highly recommend a stay at Matt’s place! Felt like a home away from home. So so close to everything and community is so close to all the fun stuff and all the stores. We used the kitchen a lot and there’s a lot of stuff available! Delightful. Matt is so communicative about everything. We had question about the code to get in the door (which turned out to be different than what we thought it was but quickly remedied) and the heating, and he resolved things via videos I sent and via texts instantly.
