We had an amazing stay. Bowen is a very nice guy, he welcomed us with delicious home made bread and provided us with butter, jam and milk. The house is large and comfortable, we really appreciated playing board games. It's very well located to discover the beautiful Connemara region. We totally recommend staying there !

Le gite est spacieux avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Bowen est attentif à vos attentes pour le séjour. La localisation est paradisiaque : nous sommes au bout du bout de la terre, au milieu de montagnes, de lacs et de mer sublimes. Courrez-y !

The Coach House is a great place to explore Connemara. Remote enough to experience the stillness of the area, and still quite close to major attractions. If you'd like to wet your toes, then the friendly people of Scubadive West are just around the corner to take you diving or snorkeling. If you have or want to stay inside then you will comfortable as well, with plenty of board games, DVDs and the best equipped kitchen we have ever encountered at an AirBnB.

This is a great house for a large family with kids, it was spacious, well equipped, very clean. If you have kids, you know that sometimes less means more and I have enjoyed that the house was well prepared for a family with kids - there was plenty of toys, books and board games for children, also dvd's for them, but there wasn't any things that kids could break easily. No figurines, vases, crystals. I could leave kids in a living room with toys and I would know that they won't do any damage. Extra star for Bowen for safe guard installed on the top of the stairs, it was super helpful. Kids had a great time in Bowen's house with lots of space. Communication with Bowen was very good and he was a very welcoming host. There is good internet in the house, but no mobile signal (you can catch reception few hundred metres away). It's a beautiful place to stay with sandy beaches, lakes and mountains nearby. House is in a very secluded place and unfortunately there are no views from it, but we were out a whole day anyway, so it wasn't a problem. Killary Adventure Centre, Killary Fjord and a Sheep Farm are close and the scenery is breathtaking. I would recommend this house for a family with children. Thank you Bowen, we had a terrific stay!

The cottage was very comfortable and warm. Wonderful setting. Very spacious and well kitted out. Enjoyed the welcome loaf of homemade brown bread. Well situated.
