Kausik is a friendly and very responsive host, who took an active interest in my requirements during the stay. Anytime something was needed or didn’t temporarily work (e.g. once the internet dongle malfunctioned) he was very prompt in addressing the situation. The acco is made up of large master bedroom with attached bath, and another bedroom and a bath, along with a living / dining. So, there is a fair bit of space to move about. The location of Hiland Park (the condo where the apartment is located) is tucked away from the main road - though only a 150/200m walk from all possible amenities. The lawns and greenery inside the complex are well maintained. Together, making the place a quiet nook for an enjoyable stay. I would any day recommend it - be it a short or a long stay. 🙌 Thank you Kausik, for everything.

Kausik was very cooperative and attended all our requests promptly. Excellent location and Smart Bazar (convenient store) is within 500 m. Water quality is not satisfactory. For North American travellers recommend check specific needs with the Host. Overall experience was satisfactory.

This was my 2nd time stay in this property, we also stayed back in February 2022. property is located in a very accessible and peaceful location of South Kolkata. Grocery, restaurants are all very close. Even Zomato can deliver your food and parcels safely to this apartment. Inside the apartment there are 2 decent size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - both beds are comfortable and have sufficient pillows and comforters. we did not use kitchen that much but kitchen also has required amenities and utensils. we visited in cold month of January and somehow I felt apartment has too many open spaces which can not be covered and hence too much cold winds enter this apartment. I would request owner to look into this matter and fix windows/doors. also it would be nice to see some updated furniture, bathroom fixtures which can uplift look of this spacious apartment. we will be back soon

The place was in a well known housing complex replete with playground, restaurant, gym, pool, medicine delivery, grocery shop, and most importantly proper fire escape, and own water filtration system drinking. Shankari di the long term (15 years) maid arrived everyday to clean the apartment. Bathroom cleaning was a bit extra. The bathroom fixtures do need tender love and care. Kaushik was s very thoughtful and friendly and solved some minor problems without any delay. The place comes with a very good washing machine and is great for people with kids. Will consider this place again for our future stay.

Kaushik is a responsible host. Good location of the society. Peaceful area. Getting rickshaw, yellow taxi and bus is a little challenge. Sometimes ola is also tough to get...If you have a self driven car then its not an issue. Flat items like sofa set, bed, kitchen utensils..need to be refurbished. The items are either too old and rusted... there should be more kitchen utensils. If somebody has a plan to cook and eat themselves tgen tgere should be more number of utensils. Water drainage points in the bathrooms to be cleaned properly. Else there is a accumulation of water sometimes... Overall its a good memorable expereience. Hope he will work on the above points and surely it will be a great place to stay in coming days if he will work on it. Thanks for the Hospitality Kaushik. I will keep my eyes on your place.
