Arrived to a lovely warm welcome and walk through of the property. A very well maintained place, in a holiday park with good facilities and driving distance to both the seaside and lakes. Highly recommend!
Spacious with lots of storage . Good quality fixtures and fittings and a well stocked kitchen. It was very warm and comfortable. Convenient for Morcamb the southern lakes and the north Pennines. Would recommend a visit to the Lakeside Oasis to see the snow leopards Julie is a lovely friendly host.
Perfect place for exploring the surrounding area. Ideal for us and our 2 dogs. Julie and Jim are such a lovely couple, definitely use them again.

I am married, semi-retired and spend my time in Carnforth or in my place in Spain. I enjoy outdoor activities walking, cycling and when at home I enjoy knitting and reading. We have a cat called Mr Darcy who travels everywhere with us and is a great companion. We enjoy looking after our 2 lodges and meeting our guests many of whom have become friends and return to our lodges time and time again. We have received guests from many different countries, Australia, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, as well as many guests from all over Europe. We have a visitors book in each of the lodges which reflect very positively on our guests stays enjoying the lodge and surrounding area.
