Reading room has a bunk bed with a double bed and 2 single beds. The Kitchen: fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, sandwich toaster and Ninja blender. The Dining Room: comfortably seats 8 people. There is also an outside, covered dining area for 12 people. The Media Room: a large corner lounge easily seating 10 people with extra floor cushions, a 62" TV and Starlink wifi. The Reading Room: A quiet space away from the hub of the house to escape with a book or podcast. The Flat: is located approx. 40m from the main house, featuring an open plan kitchen/lounge, full bathroom and 2 queen sized bedrooms both featuring built-in wardrobes and sofa bed in the lounge.
