The apartment is very small- the pictures make it appear larger than it actually is. The size of a pool would be ok for a toddler, but not something for an adult to enjoy. You can't really enjoy the patio due to the heat, and having the doors open to the patio from the living room, as it appears in the pictures, is not viable due to mosquitoes. To that end, a label on the door specifically states that doors should be closed at all times. Adrian appears to have two similar apartments on the same compound, and the pictures are from both apartments, so be aware that the actual apartment may not have all the amenities that appear in the pictures (e.g., there was no writing desk in the bedroom which appeared in pictures and would have been helpful for remote work). Speaking of amenities, we did not find a coffee maker in place and utensils were minimal. Don't plan to do serious cooking. You should plan to have a car as the place is not particularly pedestrian friendly and is far away from the stores and the beach, if you plan to be on foot. There is, however, a shuttle that the compound provides to get to the beach and the store. Having booked the property for nine days initially, we forfeited the rent and left the property after two days, that's how disappointed we were. After having raised these issues with Adrian, we did not hear from him, unfortunately.

We stayed in Adrians apartments 4 nights and we loved it. Private pool, nice room service and quick responses from both host and lobby. Perfect romantic getaway. Would 100% stay here again!

Très belle villa située dans une résidence de villa où le service est très réactif et très aimable. La villa se mélange à des habitations locales se qui lui donne un côté immersif et dépaysant. L'hôte est très serviable et réactif en cas de questionnement. Le quartier de bang Tao est très sympa et la magnifique plage est à 15min à pied et 3min en voiture ..
