Eric was a great host! Everything was as described and laid out clearly. Place was peaceful and very nice yard. We woke up early every morning for training and would drink coffee and relax outside before leaving for the day. Well worth the price without all the extra fees or hassle some of the larger Airbnb have and the 3 of us had plenty of space. Only bad thing was we never go the chance to meet the family dog or cat.

This place was very welcoming and the family had a blast at the pool. There was a store walking distance away the place was spotless and private loved it

Eric has always been very easy to communicate with and welcomed us each time we have stayed with him. I hate to say too much in his favor to keep open dates for us! His accommodations are fantastic and I always looking forward to staying him.

Very comfortable stay with Eric. The entire bottom floor was spacious and met all my needs. Eric went above and beyond to make my stay pleasurable and even assisted me when my car wouldn’t start in the morning. Would definitely love to stay here again one day!
