Good value overall. Pleasant location with walkable bars/food. More than sufficient for a few days away from home. Hosts were pleasant. Home/yard is pleasant, clean, and comfortable for a few days. Water bottles and k-cups provided were appreciated. Host responded quickly. There is an odd situation in the shower area where there are two shower curtains, one on either side of you while you're showering, and they blow in and really get in the way unless you move the back one. The door on the master doesn't latch and swings open on its own. You might want to bring something to serve as a doorstop. Biggest issue I ran into was that it was a work trip and the place does have some Issues with internet connectivity here and there. Possibly isolated case, but severe enough I had to leave in the middle of a 3hr zoom meeting and travel to an alternate location because my call was dropping. So, still good overall but depending on your needs there are some minor things to be aware of.

This place checked all the boxes. Private & tucked away yet walkable to restaurants, bars, & shopping. We loved the privacy & cozy feel of this cottage. Very well kept & comfortable. Thanks for making this a memorable experience & allowing our family to use your home. What a blessing Lorillee is & we’re very thankful for her excellent communication along the way.

Great location for visiting Davidson College. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Great hosts.
