Our kitchen is completely renovated and well-equipped. • Outfitted with new appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, dishes, glassware, flatware, good knives, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, pots, pans, etc. We love our outdoor space. • We have a large fenced yard with a swing set, fire pit, hammock, and dirt pit and toys for kids to play. • Back deck and bbq grill. • Large space in the front yard that can be used as off-street parking for larger vehicles, boats, trailers, cruisers, etc... upon request. • Bring a lock along and you can even use our little shed to store stuff. Supplies: We provide coffee, and toiletry supplies sufficient for short stays and to get you started for longer stays. Among all of the possibilities, here a just a few of our favorites: - Walk to Jones Park for a fun day of splash pads and picnicking. Jones Park also offers scheduled entertainment including a Fishing Rodeo in July and an annual Festival of Lights during Christmas. - In season, walk to the Gulfport Harbor for a ride on the Ship Island Excursion Boat. The excursion provides plenty of time for touring Historic Fort Massachusetts, relaxing on the barrier island beach, and beach combing. -Get in the car and you’ll find more fun with outlet malls, discount stores, golf courses and the Gulf Island Water Park. - Need a night out? The MS Gulf Coast is home to a variety of night life opportunities including casinos, fine dining, and dance clubs. Hop online for a quick search of "MS Gulf Coast Nightlife" to learn more. Please note: We are located directly across the street from the railroad tracks, so there can be noise. It's hard to be near the beach and not near the tracks. While our family's guests have never been bothered by the noise at night and our kids loved watching the trains as they roll by, they can be loud. Please take this into consideration when booking.
