This was the second time I stayed at this place. Felt at home instantly. Extremely cozy and clean house and equipped with all things needed to make the stay very comfortable. Maria has been an ideal host - super helpful, prompt in communicating and very flexible with the check-in/check-out times.

Exceptional Host! My recent stay worked out really well. Maria was a perfect host – she's not only incredibly responsive but also extremely accommodating. Her willingness to work with my schedule, offering flexibility with check-in and check-out times, truly set the tone for an stress-free and enjoyable visit. Nestled in a serene and peaceful neighborhood, the property was perfect for my requirement. What's more, a dedicated desk for work allowed me to stay productive during my stay, adding an extra layer of convenience to my trip. The property is close to local amenities, making it easy to grab groceries or dine out at charming nearby eateries. However, what added a touch of warmth and character to my stay was the presence of Prince, the playful ginger cat. His antics and companionship were a delightful bonus that truly made my stay memorable. Thank you, Maria.

Overall a good place to stay - clean, close enough to local amenities and with off-street parking. However, there were a couple of negative points to mention. Firstly the double bed in the second room is very uncomfortable, and only has a thin futon style mattress over a wooden slatted base. Also the shower bracket in the ensuite was broken when we arrived. Maria was aware but didn’t mention it, and then advised that it was going to take two weeks to get fixed! That meant that the shower could only be used as a handheld, and that was the case for the duration of our 4 day stay. There isn’t a shower in the main bathroom so a bit disappointing when you get back after a day sightseeing and can’t have a relaxing shower. Maria offered a £20 refund. As previously mentioned Prince the cat is very friendly.

Maria was very responsive and conscientious. We were schedule for a very late arrival and Maria offered to get us breakfast bits to make the next morning easier. She provided us with the names of some apps for us to make getting around easier. Any issues we had, she was quick to sort out. Thanks for the lovely stay, Maria!
