Extremely clean, quiet, relaxing & cozy place. Darb (host) was proactive, responsive, friendly and readily available. This was the perfect place for me and my family to stay while my teen had an event at VSU. Exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again! Extra touches that I loved: *boot tray for shoes by the door *desk for remote work *paper towels and soap in the bathroom and kitchen *well equipped kitchen for actually cooking *complimentary breakfast options, coffee/tea & bottled water *extra cozy blankets in each bedroom *washer/dryer in unit Small things I wished they had: *a larger cheese grater for the kitchen (There is a tiny one, but it took a lot of work when I needed to use it for cooking for an entire meal) *one more kitchen towel (We needed to use the provided one for dish drying. Would be great to also have one for hands so that we didn't use as many paper towels) *one more blanket for use in the living room *one more chair for outdoor seating (Lovely little deck!)

This is a great property for a quiet and comfortable stay. It was clean and very well organized. The area is a great place for a quick trip to Richmond or Williamsburg for all it has to offer.

Our stay at this home was very good. I have one negative comment and that is the mattresses are entirely too hard. I would strongly recommend new mattresses or a pillow top covering.. Other than that, which is pretty important, our stay was excellent.
