Ease House is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home located in Warwick Parish overlooking historical sites in the Hamilton Harbor like Bermuda's first airport and the Great Sound, sailing grounds of the Americas Cup hosted in 2017. This home sits on a large, private estate completely enclosed by Bermuda's indigenous and rich foliage and fauna. With its westerly central location getting to South Shore beaches like Horseshoe Bay and multiple restaurants ranging in style and theme is a breeze. When you enter the home, you are greeted with the subtle smell of Bermuda cedar wood from the "Cedar Room" that flows through the entire home. The entrance foyer is tastefully decorated and visitor publications are provided for your convenience. The home features four (4) bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, enough space for the entire family. The first bedroom is located in the East Wing of the house just off of the kitchen and has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The West Wing is home to the remaining three bedrooms. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into one king bed and shares a jack & jill bathroom with the third bedroom that has a queen-sized bed. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The half bathroom is located in the hallway leading you to the west wing. All linen and towels are provided during your stay. There are two common rooms in the house; The Cedar Room and the Family Room. The Cedar Room is located to the left of the entrance foyer and features books, a TV, lounging furniture and a charming Bay Window that overlooks the deck and pool area making it the perfect place for a cup of coffee or an intimate convo with your loved one(s). The family room has a glass dining table, couches, a sleeper sofa for additional guests, chairs, a television and large glass sliding doors that take you to the back yard. With inside capturing the feel of traditional Bermuda outside is certainly an enchanting place. The back yard has relics dating back to the 1800's that are intact. Ask the property manager for fascinating stories of such an historical place. The backyard is also home to small geckos which can be found all over Bermuda. The children would love it. Let us bring you to the front of the house. There are three decks at the front of the house. One deck promotes an area of lounging and cocktailing. Comfortable outdoor handmade furniture regularly maintained with comfortable cushions make the perfect spot to host a celebration or a family barbecue one day. The second deck is a grassy barbecue deck, with a coal Barbecue. Both of these decks overlook the pool and pool deck. Lounge chairs and umbrellas surround the pool allowing you to keep an eye on the entire family while you are mingling outside. Ease House is Managed and Serviced by the Family which owns the Property. It should be noted that the Property Manager/Owner does live in an Apartment on Property and is is available to assist guests with any needs relating to Ease House. The closest beach nearby is Warwick Long Bay which is 1.3 miles away and located on the South shore. Warwick Long Bay is one of Bermuda's most popular beaches with the famous PINK SAND. We like Warwick Long Bay because it has sandy trails that head west and connect to smaller coves and hidden beaches that take you as far as Horseshoe Bay Beach which is one of the world's most popular pink sand beaches.
