This is fantastic place to stay, if you are looking for a larger space with lots of privacy and easy walkability. It’s very modern as well.

This place had a lot of potential but the owners did not put any real work into the property. I fell like it was just thrown together. I have rented several Airbnb's all over and this was by far the worst one I ever stayed in. I took my parents and my aunt to Ohio for a baby shower and it was there first time staying in an Airbnb. It was the worst experience for them. My parents bed was broken and had big nasty stains on it. The tub in the bathroom was dirty and the bath towels and face towels were dingy. The basement had trash in it and there was standing water in the utility sink. The doorknob was broken and the kitchen sink was leaking. I reached out to the property manager and she was very cold and inconsiderate and was not willing to work with us at all. I do not recommend this location until the do the proper work to make it comfortable for their renters.

We had something come up with another place and this home came right on time! This home was big enough , beautifully decorated, and able to accommodate a disabled person. Host was quick to respond. Parking was limited, received a parking ticket. Other than that everything was well worth it.

Destiny's home was really nice and spacious. It was in a cool location in Cleveland with beautiful parks and good restaurants nearby. The host was very accommodating for our last minute request and even though we were working long hours and spent minimal time there, it is definitely a place I would come back to for a non-business trip.

The prior posts are accurate. This is a simple, very basic home. We found the host to be very responsive and even allowed us a later check-out. The house is newly remodeled, but some corners were cut (ie. kitchen cabinets broken, bathroom cabinets not completely painted, walls have a few drywall patches that still need to be painted over, gras). The lawn is still not well maintained. Still, when you walk in, it feels fairly fresh and inviting. The owners did fix the lighting issue in the main living room (lamps are there). Additionally, it looks like they are trying to add shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. Unfortunately, the containers were installed but still empty in the bathroom we used. There aren't a lot of extra small touches (like coffee pods, etc.), but as long as you come prepared, it's not a big deal. The price/value ratio is solid. The area is being revitalized.... but not completely there yet. Yet, we still felt safe. I would recommend the stay.
