Comprised of two double bedrooms both with king sized beds. Kitchen, bathroom with shower, lounge opening on to small balcony with sea views. All bed linen and towels included. Room for an infant travel cot (supplied by guest) Well behaved dogs are welcome too! For surf enthusiasts, Porthtowan is widely regarded as having the biggest and most consistent surf in England. For those wishing to learn to surf the Porthtowan surf school can help you learn to ride the waves. Porthtowan is a blue flag beach and is attended by the RNLI lifeguards during the holiday season. The breath taking southwest coastline is meters from the doorstep, you can enjoy walks to nearby Portreath and St Agnes, seal sightings are common along the way! The beach itself boasts golden sands, rock pools, a tidal swimming pool and towering cliffs. Children can play in the sand dunes meters away or in the designated children’s playground which is directly overlooked by the flats balcony. Within a short walk you’ll find the recently refurbished Unicorn pub / restaurant, the village store, The Blue bar / restaurant, fish & chip shop, an ice cream parlour, cafe and a surf hire shop. We will supply 1 toilet roll and a small amount of hand soap and washing up liquid to start you off.
