We stayed here for 3 weeks as we were volunteering at a nearby hospital. The condo is in a fun part of town with the street an active market where one could buy produce and food of all types. While the streets was busy, the condo is very quiet. We felt very safe at the condo. Beds were comfortable and bathroom very nice. Although Phnom Penh is not a very pedestrian friendly city, the drivers are aware that people are always walking in the street and do give them space. There is a 7-11 market within walking distance that is open 24 hours/day. For more variety, we took a tuk-tuk to a nearby Lucky Market at Soyra. We used the Grab app for tuk-tuks as it shows the price of the ride. If we just took a waiting tuk-tuk, the drives always asked a higher price as it was obvious were were not Cambodians. We have volunteered in Phnom Penh 6 times over the years and previously stayed in 3-star hotels. This Airbnb condo was a much better alternative at a lower cost.

The apartment was as described and exceeded my expectations. The location was also very nice. I loved my experiences with the local people and the view of the city is fantastic.

Do not stay in this skyline condo. I was here for 7 days and you’ll get better quality, service and comfort in a hotel for a lower price. Check-in was at coffee shop near the building. The person sent me away because I was 20 mins early (fair enough I guess). I waited until 2 pm, then she argued it wasn’t 2pm. The internet wasn’t working. I spent so much time running back and forth to a cafe with wifi to communicate with the host to get it fixed. The bedroom aircon was broken. Lights flicking. The white pillows were stained grey. Many noisy parties in this large condo. On checkout, you’re required to visit building security so they can inspect your bags. The guards will check your paperwork on exit. I’m now writing this review from a small hotel in Phnom Penh. $15 less than the airbnb a day. Welcome drink. Breakfast. Kind staff. Clean. Quiet. 3 hour early check-in.

Awesome location. Very clean and safe. Market on 9th floor plus a supermarket down the street. Quick tuk tuk to riverside.
