Quiet neighborhood near Shimokitazawa. 3min walk from Shindaita station (1min from Shimokitazawa). Shimokita is 8min from Shinjuku, and 3min to Shibuya. The house is only 11min walk from Shimokitazawa station. You will have washer/drier for longer stay. This is a best place if you want to live like a local Japanese with quite neighborhood yet close to downtown Shimokitazawa. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Please note that you need to walk up to room on the 3rd floor.

很好的入住体验，房子干净，面积也比较合适，离地铁很近，周围超市，吃饭也方便。下北泽居住在东京游玩，尤其去吉祥寺或镰仓更方便。 房东服务很好，有问必答，也为我们解答了日常垃圾处理的问题。
Satoki's apartment was very clean and comfortable to stay at. Transport was easy and the neighbourhood has a lot to offer. Just minutes away from lovely cafes, restaurants and shops that we enjoyed a lot.
너무 조용히 힐링하다 왔어요
I very much enjoyed the apartment and the area. it really gave me the taste of who it would be like to be in Tokyo permanently. Close to the trains, easy for cabs and near FamilyMart and 711. some cool bars in the area too.
We really enjoyed our stay in Satokis Apartment it was nice to come back to a quiet and calm place after a whole day out . Satoki was really nice and helpful he explained everything in detail and even with pictures ! The apartment is close to a station so the transportation was really easy. I would definitely recommend this place ^^
