Such a beautiful property. So peaceful, perfect for our trip. Close to great hiking and skiing. Would definitely stay there again. Sonya does not respond to messages, but does address issues. Which was a little confusing

Very clean. Great peaceful setting--the best property in the area with a beautiful, well kept meadow perfect for sunrise viewing. the hot tub was simply wonderful--sheltered so that it can be used during the winter snowstorms. FYI: bring your own coffee; Sonya doesn't supply it, given the vast possibilities for guests' preferences.

The mattress on the fold out couch was so bad that we opted to just sleep on the couch. There was one queen size bad with a worn out mattress in need of replacement. The other two beds were twins with decent mattresses, more suited for children. The shower was in very poor working order in the only bathroom in the house. Conversion from tub flow to shower did not work. The setting was quiet and peaceful. The supplies were very bare bones. The place needs a deep cleaning, base boards dirty, smudges of killed insects on walls in the bedroom. Sheets were heavily scented even though we requested the opposite ahead of time. We never received any reply to this request. For the price this was not what we expected.
