This place is really lovely! Away from the buzz in town but just a 5 min drive away from amenities and 10 min away from actions in Queenstown. It’s really homely - I felt rested and at home after many days of point A to point B. This place has everything you need! Definitely recommend!

Great house, perfectly clean, lovely gardens, beautiful linen and towels however given the cost we would have expected use of the washing machine which was locked away in the garage.

Gareth and Clare were quick to respond and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their home is beautiful and relaxing. You will be in awe with how much thought they have put into their home. The beds were very comfortable and a great shower and bath. It actually was nice to spend time at house cooking our dinners on the bbq and in the amazing kitchen. We had a wonderful stay. My kids love the backyard and enjoyed the trampoline! Gareth and Clare also were quick to accommodate us with a forgotten item and shipped it to our next location. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

The location of this property is amazing -- the views alone were worth the price of staying there! But the house is also amazing. Lovely and modern, with a great garden, including lovely touches for kids as well as lots of outdoor seating. Gareth and Clare were really communicative and great hosts, making checking in and our stay really smooth, even though we never met! The house is near 5 Mile, just past Frankton, so near shops and amenities, and near Queenstown airport. (I Love watching planes land and take off! They weren't at all disruptive though). The place was quiet and we really felt at home there. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is comfortable, clean and beautiful. And the host prepares the apples , greeting card, and Christmas envelopes for us，it’s really sweet. Kids can play around in the garden. The kitchen and room have everything we need and the quality is high class. The location is near Queenstown and it just takes several minutes drive. The only minor problem is that no hair drier is available. It’s a little inconvenient．
