Everything is as described: newly refurbished, high quality appliances, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very spacious and can easily host 4 people. The location is not near the ocean but you can easily get to the playa Mogan by bus which runs every hour and costs 1.4 € per ride. You have a local bodega and a small store right across the street and there's also a Spar nearby. We were cycling and the location was ideal to start the routes in the mountaina towards Aldea and Soria. To get to Puerto Rico with the bikes we took the boat from Puerto de Mogan as the coast road is still closed. Totally recommend the place and many thanks to Paco for hosting us!

Clean, modern apartment in Mogan. The property has its own main door, and then a set of steps to the apartment, with the staircase continuing to the roof terrace. So technically this is a house, but the living area is an apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Looks like it's recently been modernised as everything feels new, such as kitchen bathroom and fitted wardrobes. Parking - you may not always be able to park outside, so you may need to park in a free public car park a hill. WiFi - 300mbps symmetrical connection delivered by fibre to the premise.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen! Es war perfekt um Radtouren zu starten. Mogan bietet alles was man braucht und man ist mitten unter Einheimischen. Hatten ein Auto, es gibt allerdings auch eine Bushaltestelle. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

A well-equipped, and impeccably clean, apartment - with professional cleaners calling twice a week to keep it pristine. There is a “mini market“ shop almost directly opposite for all your essentials, and an hourly bus service to get to the beach at Port Mogan (which is otherwise 12 minutes by car). You couldn’t ask for much more !
