koji是位很好的房东，回应迅速，房子是很传统的日式一户建，我们住得很舒服，可以自己做饭，唯一不太好的是在火车道旁边，睡眠质量不好的会受影响，但一般晚上12点后就没有火车经过了

The Best Host I have ever met, Koji is very nice, considerate and understanding. She let me check in a few hours earlier and check out late til evening time. It's a cosy house though a bit old, large enough to accommodate 10 people to sleep ( 5 Queen size beds), however there are not much space for the luggage, maximum 4 large suitcases can be spread out I am afraid. Strong shower, large and comfortable mattress, clean refrigerator and microwave... One thing has to mention, the electricity would jump if all the airconditoners and washing machine are turned on simultaneously, its minor problem for us infact. Overall we did enjoy staying here, it would be much nicer if its summer I guess, the price is reasonable for a house indeed.

Koji-san was ver responsive and helped us with all of our queries even before we booked. The house was accurate based on the photos and description. The location was really nice. It was 5-7 min walk to the station. A lot of food establishments nearby and supermarket. Its near the railroad so you can hear trains passing by but it wasn’t much of an issue for us. A slight issue on the electricity but it didnt ruin our stay.

Me and my friend had an amazing time in Tokyo thanks to Koji. Very accommodating and friendly. Check in process was super simple and everything was great. Highly recommend if you looking for a place to stay around Tokyo.

House is centrally located to travel anywhere in Tokyo. Disneyland, Shibuya, Akihabara. Easy sleep 8 people comfortable and with in 5 minutes walk from the train station. Convenient store are also with in walking distance from the house. Highly recommended is you are traveling with in Tokyo.
