We stayed two families over thanksgiving weekend (7 of us in total). The pictures almost don’t do it justice. We arrived at night so didn’t get a sense of the breathtaking view until the following morning. The house itself was immaculate, we love the split between the Muskoka room and the main house and also enjoyed sitting outside, using the fire pit. We all agreed we would happily stay again. Thank you Ryan and Jessica for opening up your stunning home.

This place was so amazing! Check-in was seamless, the place was SPOTLESS when we arrived (not to mention fully stocked with everything we could possibly need), and the private beach/ lake front is beautiful. The location was perfect for our girls weekend- a quick drive into Bala to see a concert at the Kee, and to the Muskoka Lakes winery. We were a big group and had every bed filled, and the place didn't feel crowded at all- there's plenty of space. I would definitely recommend staying here and wish we had booked for longer. Thanks Ryan and Jessica for a great stay!

Ryan and Jessica’s home is beautiful. Lots of space and natural light. Plenty of boats and paddle boards and games. It was a fabulous 4 days!

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan and Jessica’s cottage on Black Lake. It’s furnished to a high standard, spotlessly clean and wonderful location. We really enjoyed using the kayaks and pedalo and the kids enjoyed the small beach. It’s a great place for families to stay. Ryan and Jessica were a joy to deal with, always on hand to ask anything. We would have loved to have been able to stay longer.
