Ces hôtes sont exceptionnels. Beaucoup d'attention et d'humour. après un long voyage, le jour de Noël, et, affamés, ils nous ont proposés de nous servir un repas ( de Noël anglais) qui fut un régal. La chambre seule est sobre et pratique pour une nuit. Pour un peu plus de place et accéder à la cuisine, il vaut mieux réserver tout le cottage. Le lac est à deux pas et c'est plutôt un étang qu'un lac. Il y a des carpes miroir, paraît-il. l'ambiance générale est souriante et heureuse. la nuit, le calme est général...

Petite maison dans un environnement agréable à la campagne et d’une tranquillité remarquable . La pièce est bien décorée et la literie est très confortable . Ses hôtes sont extrêmement accueillants , aimables attentionnés et arrangeants . Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés…

Lizzy and Trevor were hands down the COOLEST and most WELCOMING HOSTS we have EVER stayed with!! We got a bit lost on our way in and it was a little late. Trevor drove 15 minutes away to come have us follow him. We did not have a plan for food and everything nearby was closed. Lizzie told us about a pizza stand and Trevor got into the car with us and gave directions there and back. The pizza stand is automated and cooks you fresh pizzas in just a few minutes. (I need one of these in my house!). When we returned they invited us into a stable he has converted to a living area complete with a really cool bar! We ate our pizzas and chatted for quite some time with him. Very friendly and down to earth guy. We enjoyed the company and then settled into the studio for the night. We had everything we could need. Comfy beds, nice shower coffee and tea. It was perfect. They have a lake and it's on an old farm. So beautiful I wish we could have stayed longer! They let us sleep in a bit the next day and check out late. Lizzie met us on the way out and sent us off with some delicious fresh croissants! We chatted with her for at least half an hour before we left. I did not want to leave. They really are very friendly and helpful. I can't recommend more to anyone to stay here if you can!! Thank you both! We will be back when we are in France again!!!
