I feel that I’m soooo lucky to live here. Living with Pedro, you will have a sweet landlord, roommate, friend in Toronto. And the neighbor is so convenient that it has everything that you can walk to get anything you need. Also the room is exactly like in the pictures, bright and pretty. You will never regret living here❤️

It's with sadness that I leave Pedro. Firstly, he is the best host I could ever had as a newcomer in Toronto : he was my roommate, my friend and my advisor for a month. I had the chance to celebrate my birthday with him and he kindly did a barbecue and bought us a bottle of wine. The room was clean and confortable with many storage: a large wardrobe and drawers in the bathroom. The shower was awesome, with a showerhead! The view was incredible, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The building is very well equipped : a super-clean gym, lounges (one with a CN Tower view), barbecues and an outdoor pool. Last but not least, the location was incredible, since downtown is within walking distance, and you have several streetcars passing by, including one right in front of the building. Gonna definitely miss this place but I'll be back soon!

Staying at Pedro's place was the best decision I could've made. He is the most friendly and kind person and always made sure that I'm okay. I'm really introverted and had a hard time being away from home but Pedro ALWAYS made sure that I was feeling safe and at home. He respected that I needed a lot of privacy and showed his support with everything I did. The apartment's location couldn't be better. It's downtown but located in a more quiet part, which I really liked. A grocery store and tons of cafes are within foot distance! Overall, I'm leaving with the best memory that I'll enjoy looking back at. Definitely staying here again whenever I'll be back!

How do I begin… staying with Pedro was the best thing that happened to my arrival on Toronto. Pedro become a friend, a brother. He was always aware of how I was, in my day to day, and he always worried about making me feel at home. The place is luminous, clean, have air conditioning, and a very spacious bathroom. The building have a beautiful pool, a well equipped gym and lots for common spaces to hang out or work. The building it’s very very safe, with 24/7 concierge and fon to enter to all the amenities. I’m so thankful for the time that I spend here, I feel blessed to end up living I such a lovely house and with the most amazing host.

I stayed with Pedro during four months, while I was studying at YorkU. Pedro was a wonderful host and is attentive to details. As a student in a new city, it was immensely reassuring living with someone this caring and helpful. A detail I found important to share is that he will take you with him grocery shopping to Costco. Which is a life (and money) saver! As you can see, you not only stay at his place, but get the chance to really live with him. Whilst getting your own personal time and space of course. We had a lot of fun going out together or staying in with a glass of wine! Living with Pedro made my whole experience of living abroad much better and never-to-be-forgotten. The appartement is very practical and clean. Everything is just as on the pictures. The place gets a lot of natural light so it would be very pleasant. The place and Pedro are welcoming and make you feel at home instantly. The location is perfect. The overall experience was amazing, I couldn’t recommend enough!
