Great place, very clean, two large balconies and very good location. The host was very helpful and nice, he fixed a problem with a wifi very quickly and let us check in at convenient time. One thing that i think should be mentioned is that the internet speed is not very fast on computer, it will be ok for social media on phone, but not movie watching. But Beirut has so much to offer that i wouldn’t recommend to sit inside and watch movies anyways ;)

The place was exactly as described and as in the photos. I was worried about it being a rooftop and getting hot in the summer, but the ACs work well and the place was cool. It was quiet and clean. I absolutely loved how much light the apartment gets. The Rouf team was very flexible and accommodating as my flight was delayed and then I got stuck in traffic. They were very friendly and responsive whenever I reached out. During my three days there, the elevator was usually out for a while in the mornings. I didn’t mind, but the flat is on the 7th floor, so others might find it inconvenient. The power in the flat itself never went out. Note that you can’t have the ACs & water boiler on at the same time, but I didn’t use the boiler as I prefer cold showers. I loved the place and spent my mornings on the big balconies. I would recommend it for a solo traveler or a couple & would definitely book it again.

Globaly great! Appartement is very functional, just next to Mar Mikhael where you have a lot of restaurant and nightlife, but you are in a very quiet neiboorhood. The appartement looks a bit less good than the pictures but still fine. I had some issue with electricity, but someone came to fix it just a few minutes after I reported it! Very reactive!
