Villa Raljević is an apartment house located in the village of Stanići, Croatia. Stanići is a small fishermen's village on the Adriatic coast, 5km south of Omiš and 30km south of Split. Its slopes offer a tremendous view as well as full comfort in the newly built private pensions, villas and apartments. Air is fresh here, the sea is blue and clear, beaches are calm and tidy, far from the aggressive rhythm of modern life and the tourist industry. Here you can still find 'your own' beach. Apartment I is ground floor of our Villa. It has a surface about 110m2 + big terrace about 50m2. Apartment can situate 8 people. Apartment I contains of 3 bedrooms (3+3+2) and 2 bathrooms. Apartment has big living room equipped with Tv and air-conditioner. Whole apartment has free internet access point.(Wifi) In apartment you have big kitchen with everything necessary to prepare meals. In kitchen we have also a dish washer, big refrigerator, oven, microwave and electric kettle. Apartment I contains a big terrace  with beautiful look on the sea and island Brač. Guests of Apartment I have on use our big terrace in garden of our Villa. Guest also have free for use grill in garden of our Villa. There we have big tables for eat and for spending a nice summer evenings. Terrace is equipped with outside shower. On this shower we have also warm water. It is very useful for quick showering after coming from the beach. Every guest has secured covered private parking on use. From parking you have stairway direct to your apartment. In our garage you can also find a place and leave your „beach gadgets“ secured. Apartment I, like our whole Villa is 30 meters away from sea. First beach is about 3 minutes of walking downhill and downstairs from Villa. To reach popular beach „Velika luka“ you have 5 minutes of walking from our house. From Villa to nearby beaches you don't need to cross any road so you can be sure that your kids are safe!
