place was just as described and was close to where we needed to be. price was good for graduation weekend and Dwayne and Bee were very helpful and responsive!

We had a great time staying at your place. Everything that was needed for our weekend met our needs. As big time tv watchers, a tv in the living room would be a great addition. Very responsive to our messages, so communication was top notch. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

I don't want to bash this location or its hosts. It is certainly within walking distance of FST which is one reason I booked it because I was in town for the FAMU game and didn't want to be too far away. However, I believe the site is ideal for young adults who just need a place to lay their heads, in between partying, for the weekend. As seasoned and busy professionals who booked the place for our celebratory sorority weekend, It simply didn't meet our expectations AT ALL. Our last evening there, we almost called the police because of loud, boisterous noise just outside our door. Sounded like young people having their idea of a good time but it stopped the guests in the front of the townhouse from sleeping until they calmed down. The townhouse has the amenities you'd expect (towels, dishes, microwave, stove, refrigerator). However, nothing special. It actually felt like the bare minimum and I/we expected. Honestly, it felt like an overpriced college student's apartment.

This townhouse was in a great location for an FSU home game, it was an easy walk to the campus and the stadium. We were a group of 5 adults and the place fit us very comfortably. It’s great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the AC was kicking, very important in the FL heat. The toiletries in the shower are a nice touch. There was not a TV in the main living area which was a bit of a bummer but we improvised. The place felt safe but the first night we were approached by a peddler when leaving the unit. He wasn’t aggressive and he left eventually. The place is old and the carpet is in rough shape but it is as advertised. There were cobwebs in the corners and the floors downstairs were not clean, the kitchen also seemed to have not been cleaned and the dishwasher was full when we arrived. No dealbreakers for us, but it maybe for some if you are picky about your accommodations. The hosts were very responsive. I would stay at the unit again for the value.

Overall, a great spot for a few couples to stay for a FSU game! It was nice for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. On Friday night there was a huge party at the house across the street with many cars and people in the road that made travel difficult. Obviously this was no fault of the host or home, but the noise could also be heard from inside the home.
