The place is very well equipped, everything works and is in good condition. The kitchen has everything you might need and the place is overall really practical for families. It was nice to have some toys and proper baby chairs for toddlers. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful but keep in mind that there is not so much restaurants and services close by. Our family of four stayed 2 weeks in the flat and it felt like home.

We spent a month in the apartment during February. We had a great time there. It felt like being at home, we really did not miss anything. I'm personally a demanding person in terms of equipment in kitchen since I like to cook a lot. In this apartment it was exceeding the expectations. Since we have small kids (4 and 1 year old) we really appreciated that the crib was prepared and we also find some kids toys and equipment for beach. Kids were very happy there. The best thing about the apartment is space. It is spacious with extra large balconies which you can walkthrough from bedrooms. It is located in ground floor, but still gives you privacy, since the second balcony oriented to north-east is higher due to the steep hill. The location is also very good, 2 min walk to the beach and tram that lifts you in 20 min to heart of Alicante. It was very quite place, however it was mainly due to off season. When neighbors arrived and start karaoke at 11pm it was very loud. The walls are thin.

We had a fantastic one month stay at Sjoerd’s Airbnb! The ground floor apartment was beautiful and clean. It's fully equipped, including a kitchen with all the essentials. The location is excellent, close to the beach, and just a 20-minute tram ride to the center of Alicante. Sjoerd was really kind and helpful, even providing baby essentials like a crib and high chair. Highly recommend!

The stay at Sjoerd’s apartment was a wonderful experience. Sjoerd offers a spacious, modern / stylish, very clean, well equipped apartment just minutes from Muchavista Playa and tram / bus links to Alicante / El Campello. I stayed a full month - remote working part of the time with great working conditions (wifi, comfortable place to work and quiet). The apartment has a 2 large terraces – one facing the garden was a lovely spot for breakfast and evening meals. The local area is residential but with enough amenities (local supermarket, bars and restaurants nearly). Sjoerd and his wife were great hosts, welcoming and responsive and helpful. Thanks Sjoerd and Orsi ! 5 plus marks on all counts!
