Main living area has new comfy lounges, dining area with seating for 8, wood fireplace for the cooler months (wood required) + reverse cycle air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, double oven, new fridge and Breville coffee machine - complimentary pods supplied for arrival. Step out to alfresco entertaining area with outdoor seating, BBQ, fully fenced back yard + fire pit with complimentary bag of wood for winter. 2nd living area with new comfy lounges, smart TV and reverse cycle air conditioning. 3rd living area/sunroom with office desk, lounge setting and an array of books. Laundry/bathroom combined - has a washing machine, clothes dryer, shower, vanity and toilet. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have en suites. Quality linen supplied with beds made for arrival. Please bring beach towels. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. All beds have new Lux mattresses. The location Caroline's Beach House is perfectly located just 150 metres from the white sands of Jervis Bay where you will find Orion Beach which is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, stand up paddling, kayaking or simply relaxing. Just a 750 metre stroll to Vincentia Shopping Village with cafe's, bakeries, restaurants and a variety of specialty shops and Coles Supermarket. The beaches Jervis Bay has a vast array of beaches and coves to explore and enjoy. Hyams Beach a must with its world famous white sand Enjoy the Jervis Bay Foreshore Cycleway walkway - head north to the Hub of Jervis Bay - Huskisson or head south and follow the White Sands Track to Hyams Beach. Booderee National Park - beaches, coves, walking tracks, Botanical Gardens and Ruined Lighthouse The parking Off street parking in driveway. Great place and excellent service
This place was beautiful. We had 2 young families that stayed here together and there was plenty of space. The beach at the end of the street is within walking distance and great for young kids. Will be back
Comfy and spacious house in great location! Upon arrival the house was clearly freshly cleaned. The house is actually a lot more spacious than the photos depict. The host was responsive, friendly and on top of communicating all necessary information. The location is literally a 1 min walk to the nearest beach which is stunning with pristine waters and great for families with young kids. There are many other little beaches surrounding only minutes from your doorstep, so you are spoilt for choice and connivence. Vincentia shopping village (which has everything you need- Coles, bakery, takeaway shops) is a 2 min drive away. The house provided many amenities and the beds and couches were very comfortable. I did find the kitchen a little limiting on cooking utensils, but nothing you can’t improvise on or go without. Overall we had a wonderful and relaxing family holiday. Thank you 😊
