This host was one of the best I’ve ever had, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The place itself was peaceful and relaxing, I would definitely stay here again!

My girlfriends and I stayed at Villoft for a weekend away and were very excited as the studio's aesthetic is very beautiful, looks clean and had recently opened. I wish we could have given a higher rating but unfortunately experienced a few issues that prevented us from a higher rating. We had a great experience checking in and the property is new (opened Dec 2019) with really friendly and helpful staff. There were a series of issues that were inconveniences but did not hinder us from enjoying Phuket. Luckily, we only stayed two nights therefore the issues were tolerable in comparison to guests who may stay longer. Though the property and studios are very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, we did find a number of issues the management should take time to fix to improve guests' experience. 1) Bathroom door: door did not close fully (latch did not catch the wall) and there was no lock on the door. 2) Television: room was equipped with a Smart TV but wasn't connected to network so we weren't able to use it 3) Wifi: was an unsecured network with no password so we felt uneasy logging into personal accounts with sensitive information 4) Shower: water pressure was very low and unpredictable. Hot/cold handle was sensitive and would go from very cold to burning hot almost immediately. 5) Water: first night we found the water in bathroom, kitchen and shower stopped working for a bit of time which was frustrating after traveling all day. We texted a contact but did not receive a response until the next morning when we thankfully had water again. Every morning after this, my girlfriends and I woke up around 8am and experienced a lack of water in all three areas again. Luckily we didn't wake up in the middle of the night and were unable to flush the toilet! When the water did come back on after however many hours it was down, it came sputtering and tinted brown until we ran the water for a while. This was a real issue for us. We can understand if there are local issues with water sources but if we were given a heads up when we when we arrived, we could have reset our expectations and worked around it if needed.
