The property was very nice and it was located close to popular beaches and towns. The amenities were lacking in some instances (limited towels, dish towels, hand soap and toilet paper) and there were ants that would find any trash or crumbs (likely the case at any listing in the area), but otherwise the house was very tranquil and well suited for our needs. The A/C also had blocked off downtimes unless you paid extra, so be aware of that if you go during hot periods of the year. We still enjoyed our stay, but they could iron out a few details to make this a true 5-star experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Mir. It is in a quiet location - perfect for disconnecting and relaxing. The house was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need (well appointed kitchen, a bbq, a washing machine, air conditioning, 3 bathrooms). It was exactly as pictured. We especially enjoyed the outdoor couches by the pool (which have been added recently) The wifi signal was not very strong in the bedrooms but worked great in the common area. Air conditioning is on a timer and only switches on between 2pm-4pm and then again at night, but that’s when you really need it anyway. There were wasps by the pool but they were not very aggressive at all. Owl Booking gave us lots of information so we could plan our trip. We also met the owner Toni who came to take care of the pool. He was very kind and helpful. The beaches nearby were great (for swimming but also kitesurfing and paddleboarding) and we also did some day trips to discover other areas of the island.

Perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Kindern und den Schwiegereltern. Die Unterkunft hat einfach alles: super schöne und ruhig gelegene Anlage, toller Pool mit atemberaubenden Blick in die Berge sowie Alcudia und Pollenca in kurzer Fahrt erreichbar. Top Austattung und super sauber. Wir kommen wieder!
