Mulberry House is a nice, cozy holiday home just a short walk from San Vito Lo Capo’s center and its lovely sandy beach. The property has been recently restored and it features a welcoming interior tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern amenities, such as air conditioning, sat-TV, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher and parking space. It develops on one level, and it has a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms. The outdoor area includes a patio with dining area on the ground floor and a large roof terrace on the first floor, reachable through an external staircase, which offers pleasant views over Monte Monaco and the sea. Mulberry House is ideal for relaxing holidays by the sea, and also a very good base for visiting many attractive places such as the Zingaro nature reserve, Erice, Trapani (connections to the Egadi’s islands), Segesta’s temple and the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala. A visit to Gibellina Nuova, an extraordinary open-air museum of contemporary art, is also an absolute must.

Our group had a great stay here. We came for a rock climbing holiday. Climbing areas were a close drive away. We could easily walk to the beach and into town for dinner. We loved hanging out on the roof top deck for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Palma was extremely responsive throughout the trip. Great restaurant and gelato tips. She even gave us an immediate pointer to the nearest ER when needed!

Lovely villa in an ideal location- only a short 10 minute walk to all restaurants, bars, shops and the beach! The host was very quick to respond to any queries we had. Lovely holiday in an even better location. We loved our stay in Sicily.

This property achieved a full 5-star rating without any difficulty whatsoever. Our host was absolutely lovely and made us feel like we were family. The pictures on AirBnB do not do the property justice- the upper terrace has an INCREDIBLE sea view with the massive San Vito cliff in the background, the property had tons of natural light even when the weather was overcast, the beds were fantastic, the kitchen was immaculate, and we were 5-minutes from the beach at all times. If you’re debating on which property to choose for your Sicilian adventure, look no further. There is a 24-hour pizza/calzone restaurant in town, and the house has seating for any weather, any view, and any occasion. We arrived to a full cabinet of colourful dishes, water/juice in the fridge, a range of Italian snacks, and a special Sicilian cake that we enjoyed the entire week.
