Jessica's place is great - the rooms feel private, they're comfortable, and all the modern finishes and appliances make for a very comfortable stay.

Was a very clean room!! Had a nice private bathroom and great space for 1-2 people. The kitchen area was smaller than expected and not everyone keeps it clean. The apartment as a whole was smaller than I expected so you could hear people pretty clearly but overall was peaceful. Beautiful rooftop view. Communicating with Jessica was at times super easy, but at others very difficult. Would often take her days to respond to simple requests. But overall good experience. In an interesting area, so make sure your familiar with the Mission district before renting.

The room is perfect - bright, spacious, very well located with bars and shops all around. I would come back!

Overall it was a decent stay. My room was nice and clean for the most part. I had no major living problems. But, there was little to no communication from the host. The main fridge was broken for half the time I was there. Talked to other tenants in the house and they seemed to have a much worse experience, so wanted to let future guests know.
