Brett was a fantastic host. He checked in with us before we arrived and after we checked in. It felt like a private space where we could feel at home for the week. My boyfriend lives in Orlando and still had to work during the week. That required parking his work truck in the driveway which was extremely helpful. From check-in to check-out we had a positive experience. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Brett’s place for a month and it really had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Brett was very responsive, very friendly and accomodating! We felt very much at home during our stay! The neighborhood was beautiful and very walkable. Very close to a lot of great food places and grocery stores. The only thing I would say is that you can really hear all the foot traffic and noise of the upstairs guests, but no more than you would in a regular thin walled apartment. Would highly recommend!
